My Chau Printing & Packaging Corporation announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1. Approving to change its charter
2. Approving the resignation of members of BOD for the period 2017 – 2022 as from January 20, 2020, including:

-       Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh;

-       Mr. Trinh Huu Minh;

-       Mr. Nguyen Qui;

-       Mr. Pham Duy Hung;

-       Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh;

-       Mr. Do Ngoc Khanh.

3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Dinh Phong and Mrs. Phan Do Hanh as member of BOD for the period 2017 – 2022 as from January 20, 2020.
