On January 14, 2020, Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint - Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following issues:

1. Approving the mobilization of temporary capital of founding shareholders to supplement its working capital.
2. Approving the total estimated average working capital for each year as follows:

-       In 2021:    VND 300 billion

-       In 2022:    VND 300 billion.

3. Approving the time of capital mobilization must not exceed 06 months for a contract.
4. Approving the applicable interest rate for this financing period of 0%.
