According to Board Resolution No.01 dated January 13, 2020, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to ask for permission from the State Securities Commission to extend the share distribution time in the public offering under Certificate for Public Offering No.120/GCN-UBCK dated November 13, 2019 for another 30 days until March 12, 2020 in order to ensure a successful public offering.
