On January 10, 2020, BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 5,149 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 1,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares, to ensure shareholders’ interest.

- Expected trading period: from January 22, 2020 to February 11, 2020

- Trading method: order matching.
