On September 01, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.358/QD-SGDHCM to lift the stock of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAI) out of the warning status as from September 06, 2019.

Reason: The profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders was 11,247,306,964 dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at June 30, 2019 was 101,830,809,742 dongs, in the case of securities lifted the warning status pursuant to Clause 4.1 and 4.2, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued together with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018.
