1)      Number of shares expected to be issued: 63,684,000 shares

2)      Number of distributed shares: 63,683,900 shares

3)      Number of undistributed shares: 100 shares

4)      Outstanding shares after issuance: 488,243,900 shares

5)      Charter capital after issuance: VND4,882,439,000,000
