On September 27, 2019, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated September 25, 2019 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND 164,826,904

-       Value added tax arrears: VND 75,678,759

-       Corporate tax arrears: VND 748,455,766

-       Late payment: VND 13,128,197.
