The Board resolution dated September 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of stake in VKT – Hoa An Solar Power JSC with the transfer value of VND111,200,000,000, equivalent to 11,120,000 shares, accounting for 80% charter capital of VKT – Hoa An Solar Power JSC.

To appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung as the representative of stake of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company in VKT – Hoa An Solar Power JSC.
