The Board resolution No.46&48/2019/NQ-HĐQT dated August 30, 2019, Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      The Board of Directors approved the liquidation The Board of Directors approved the liquidation of barges of 600 tons.

2)      The Board of Directors approved to pay dividend for 2018:

-          Record date: expected in September 2019

-          Payment date: expected in October 2019.
