On September 22, the Board of Directors of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company approved the policy on receiving the transfer of shares of Thai Nguyen General Trade Joint Stock Company:

−      Target company: Thai Nguyen General Trade Joint Stock Company

−      Stock type: common stock, freely transferable

−      Par value: VND10,000/share

−      Maximum transfer volume: 3,072,000 shares

−      Transfer price: no more than VND30,000/share

After the deal, Tien Bo Joint Stock Company will own 3,072,000 shares, equivalent to VND30,720,000,000, accounting for 43.15% of charter capital of Thai Nguyen General Trade Joint Stock Company.
