On September 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Corporation approved to contribute capital to establish a company as follows:

-       Name of new company: Vietnam SonHa Hanssem Joint Stock Corporation

-       Short name: Sonha – Hanssem

-       Head office: Lot CN1, Tu Liem Industrial Group, Minh Khai ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam.

-       Charter capital: VND45,000,000,000 (of which, Son Ha International Corporation will contribute VND13,500,000,000), accounting for 30%.
