         * Dividend payment of 2018 by share:
          - Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders receive 07 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: The owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at Nagakawa Viet Nam JSC on the working days and submit ID card and Securities certificate.
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be deleted.
