KAC: HNX notice: Stock under trading restriction (KAC)

Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated 20/6/2017 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announces on stock under trading restriction of KAC stock as follows:
  • Issuer: Khang An Investment Real Estate JSC
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: KAC
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 23,999,999 shares
  • Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 239,999,990,000
  • Trading restriction: KAC can only be traded on Friday weekly
  • Effective date: 16/09/2019
  • Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under delisting. KAC stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point e , Clause 1 , Article 32 of the Listing Regulations
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when KAC stock is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
