HD2: HNX notice: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated 20/6/2017 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announces on stock under trading restriction of HD2 stock as follows:
  • Issuer: Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company HUD2
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: HD2
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 8,962,353 shares
  • Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 89,623,530,000
  • Trading restriction: HD2 can only be traded on Friday weekly. 
  • Effective date: 09/08/2019
  • Reason: Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company HUD2 has not overcome the cause of the trading suspension situation. According to Point a, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HD2 stock is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
