According to the Board resolution dated August 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw capital in Dai Viet Petroleum Com Ltd. Details are follows:

- Stock volume: 9,800,000 shares

- Par value: VND20,000/share

- Investment value: VND196,000,0000,000

- Expected divestment value: VND196.000.000.000

- Time of implementation: Q3.2019 or Q4.2019.
