VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank issued a resolution to approve the record date as follows:

- Record date: August 21, 2019

- Purpose: to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Meeting time: expected in August 2019

- Meeting venue: VPBank Building, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.

- Content: to implement the share buyback to make its treasury shares.
