On July 30, 2019, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 203,100 shares

- Number of registered shares to buy: 26,300 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares to make its treasury shares from the employees resigned

- Expected trading period: from August 09, 2019 to September 08, 2019

- Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share.
