The Board resolution dated August 28, 2019, LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (LCG) approved the following issues:

1)      The Board of Directors approved to increase the stake ratio at Licogi 16 Utility JSC (LCU) from 75% up to 95% charter capital of LCU.

2)      The Board of Directors approved Licogi 16 Utility JSC (LCU) to contribute capital for setting up:

-           Quang Tri 1 Licogi 16 Wind Power JSC with charter capital VND400 billion (LCG contributed 78% charter capital.

-          Quang Tri 2 Licogi 16 Wind Power JSC with charter capital VND400 billion (LCG contributed 78% charter capital.

-          To appoint Mr. Tang Quoc Thuoc as the representative of stake in Quang Tri 1 Licogi 16 Wind Power JSC and Quang Tri 2 Licogi 16 Wind Power JSC.

3)      The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chau Giang as the representative of stake of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company in BOT 38 JSC.
