On 08/08/2019, Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company announced the results of share issue under ESOP as follows:

I. Share expected to be issued
1. Name of share: share of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company
2. Charter capital: VND 1,239,736,160,000
3. Type of share: Common share
4. Stock code (if any): DGC
5. Par value: VND 10,000/ share
6. Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,390,000 shares
7. Purpose of the share issue: share issue under ESOP 2019
8. The end date of collecting money to buy shares or date of transferring ownership of bonus shares to employees:
- According to the Notice of share issue under ESOP, the end date is: 30/07/2019
- Handling shares not purchased based on Board Resolution No. 14/2019/NQ-HDQT, the end date is: 06/8/2019
9. Expected transaction date: After a period of restricting to transfer. The whole of 5,390,000 shares are restricted to transfer in 3 years from the finishing date of the issue.

II. Result of the share issue:
1. Number of distributed shares: 5,390,000 shares
2. Issuing price: VND 10,000/share
3. Number of employees distributed: 1,061 employees
4. Total shares at present: 129,363,616 shares
