According to Decision No.108/QD-SGDHCM dated April 09, 2019 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), the stock PXT of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company was put under supervision status as from 04/17/2019 as the undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2017 was -113.84 billion dongs and the business result on the audited financial statements in 2018 is negative number.

  On August 15, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (Code: PXT). Accordingly, the profit after tax in six months of 2019 is -21.58 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2019 is -133.45 billion dongs and the company expressed an except for opinion of the audit firm.

Therefore, PXT has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision status. HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PXT and will consider solutions for the stock PXT after having the 2019 audited financial statements.
