Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated August 22, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the credit limit and implement related transactions at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) with the limit of VND200,000,000,000. Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by VIB as the collateral for its credit obligation at VIB.
