Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:13.61 (100 shares - 13.61 new share)
- Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
          - Exercise place:

     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:

- Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- Reason and purpose: * Number of outstanding shares (due to the difference between the number of registered to issue shares (17,000,000 shares) with the actual number of shares) will be distributed to shareholders of the union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company with the price of VND 10,000/share.
