On 19 Aug 2019, HuuNghi Food Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No. 211/ VPHDQT – TPHN on approving the contracts as follows:
Article 01: Approve the acceptation for signing the contract on transaction between HuuNghi Food Joint Stock Company and Alphafood International Joint Stock Company along with the draft of contract, assigned to the Executive Board to sign the contract in accordance with the laws.
Article 02: Term and conditions
  • This board resolution was approved by the Board of Directors of HuuNghi Food Joint Stock Company and took effect from the date of signature.
  • Board of Management and all related departments/ boards are responsible for the enforcement of this board resolution.
