On 29 July 2019, Board of Directors of HAUGIANG WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE - PROJECTS URBAN JOINT STOCK COMPANY issued the Resolution No. 15/ NQ – HDQT on official time to organize an Extraordinary General meeting of Shareholders 2019. Accordingly, the Meeting will be held on 22 Aug 2019.
However, the Company has not received opinion of People’s Committee of Hau Giang Province (owner of State capital at the Company) about contents and issues which will be voted at the Extraordinary General meeting of Shareholders 2019. Therefore, Board of Directors of the Company changed time to hold the Meeting. The Meeting will be held on another day in Sep 2019. Information about official time will be announced later.
