HNG: BOD resolution on the transfer of stake

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company (HNG) announces the following issues:

The Board resolution No.1908-2/NQ-HAGL Agrico dated August 19, 2019 approving the transaction of the transfer of stake owned by Highland Dairy Cow Joint Stock Company (is subsidiary of HNG) in Dong Penh Com Ltd to Thadi Agriculture Farming Processing & Distribution Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the transfer value contributed 0.083% charter capital of Dong Penh Com Ltd.
The Board resolution No.1908-1/NQ-HAGL Agrico dated August 19, 2019 approving the transfer the whole of stake owned by HNG in Dong Penh Com Ltd to Thadi Agriculture Farming Processing & Distribution Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the transfer value contributed 99.875% charter capital of Dong Penh Com Ltd.
