The Board resolution dated July 08, 2019, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the selection of SMBC Bank – Singapore Branch (SMBC is major shareholder of Eximbank) as the bank issuing StandBy L/C for Eximbank, the beneficiary is the organization of Visa card and Mastercard.
2. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha as Chief Accountant as from July 08, 2019.
