On July 01, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.923/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company (TIE):

-       Number of shares delisted     : 9,569,900 shares

-       Value of shares delisted        : VND95,699,000,000

-       The stock TIE is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.236/QD-SGDHCM dated July 01, 2019.

-       Reason: The auditing company gave an “adverse opinion” for the 2018 audited consolidated financial statements, in the case of securities compulsorily delisted under Point m, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP and Item 1.11, Clause 1, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
