On July 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam approved the transaction contract with foreign strategic investor. Accordingly, BIDV will issue 603,302,706 shares under the private placement for KEB Hana Bank, equivalent to 15% charter capital of BIDV after investing and total value of transaction to VND20,295,103,029,840.
