-       The BOD approved the Statement financial in Q2/2019 and result of business in the first of 06 months of 2019.

-       The BOD approved to increase charter capital from VND316,134,610,000 to VND320,888,640,000.

-       The BOD approved to the first phase of 2019 dividend payment:

+ Payment date: Q3/2019

+ Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND10,000/share).

-       The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Bao Son as Deputy CEO.
