-       Short name: Hoa Sen Port JSC

-       Address: No.14 Lot E, Tan Thanh Trade Center, Van Hanh, Phu My ward, Phu My town, Ba Ria Vung Tau province

-       Charter capital: VND10 billion

-       Owning ratio of of Hoa Sen Group: VND4.9 billion

-       Representative of Hoa Sen Group at the new company: Mr. Tran Ngoc Chu.
