-       Location: New Urban Area – Area 3 (Lot 14A) belonging to the South Can Tho Urban Area, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city

-       Total area: 513,200 m2

-       Estimated project time: 05 years

-       Total investment of THUDUC HOUSE:

• Total initial investment: 586,884 million dongs
• Disbursement time: according to the project schedule for 5 years.
