On July 03, 2019, Mr. Dao Van Chien, Board Chairman, sent an announcement to purchase 4,000,000 HTT shares to Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company, Hochiminh Stock Exchange and State Securities Commission.

However, due to some personal reasons, Mr. Dao Van Chien cannot execute the stock purchase and he would like to cancel the announcement of stock purchase dated July 03, 2019.
