According to the Board resolution dated July 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share buyback from ESOP as follows:

-       Number of shares to be repurchased: 25,000,000 shares, equivalent to 4.61% charter capital

-       Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares to reduce the number of outstanding voting shares, support trading and increase shareholders value.

-       Trading method: order matching or put through

-       Expected trading date: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
