On July 09, 2019, Nam Viet Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 394,750 shares

- Number of registered shares to buy: 17,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares to make its treasury shares from the employees resigned

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share

- Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

- Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
