-       Record date:  July 24, 2019

-       Payment date: August 02, 2019

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-       Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company as from August 02, 2019.
