Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) announces Board Resolution No.56 dated May 29, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) approved the plan for selling all stake of DIC Corp at DIC Thanh Binh:

-       Name of stock: Stock of DIC Thanh Binh Investment Development Construction Joint Stock Company

-       Number of shares for sale: 143,000 shares

-       Transfer price: VND457,600,000 (equivalent to VND3,200/share)

-       Buyer: Mr. Cao Van Vu

-       Finish date: in Quarter II.2019
