The Board resolution dated June 27, 2019, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to change its charter with the new charter capital of VND450,000,000,000 in stock issuance to pay dividend.

2)      Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.

3)      Approving to register to list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 9,000,000 new shares of the stock dividend payment.
