On June 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company approved to contribute capital to set up Rang Dong Healthcare Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-       Address: lot G4-G8 Street No.8, Tan Do Industrial zone, Duc Hoa Ha, Duc Hoa, Long An, Vietnam.

-       Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000; equivalent to 10,000,000 shares (RDP contributes VND30,000,000,000, accounting for 30% charter capital of Rang Dong Healthcare).

-     To appoint Mr. Ho Duc Lam as the representative of stake of RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company in Rang Dong Healthcare JSC.
