-       Owner: Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company.

2. The Board of Directors approved to set up PHK Investment Com Ltd:

-       Charter capital: VND25,000,000,000

-       Owner: Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company.

3. The Board of Directors approved to transfer the whole of shares of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company in Phu Lam Joint Stock Company to An Phu Hung Investment Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND31,500,000,000.
