- To transfer all stake of its subsidiary Hung Viet Trading JSC at Hoang Hiep Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.
- Owning volume: 4,395,000 shares
- Transfer volume: 4,395,000 shares
- Transfer price: not lower than the book value
- Buyer: Mr. Vu Dinh Thang, Major shareholder, CEO of Hoang Hiep Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.
