On May 04, 2019, HOSE issued Decision No.153/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company (securities code: VNG) to change the listing as follows:

- Number of shares before additional listing: 79,190,925 shares

- Additional volume: 4,513,480 shares

- Total additional value (based on par value): VND45,134,800,000

- Number of shares after additional listing: 83,704,405 shares

- Total value after additional listing: VND837,044,050,000

- Effective date of the listing license: May 07, 2019
