DCS: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of DCS stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: DCS
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 60,310,988 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 603,109,880,000
-          Trading restriction: DCS can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 31/05/2019
-     Reason: organizations whose securities are canceled are listed and have not overcome the cause of the delisting of securities. According to Point e, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when DCS stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
