Based on the Board resolution dated May 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved to adjust the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,858,522 shares (instead of 1,878,024 shares)

-       Total value (based on par value): VND18,585,220,000 (instead of VND18,780,240,000).
