On 21 May 2019, Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company announced the resolution No. 06 CT/ 2019/ NQ – HDQT of Board of Directors of the Company as follows:
Article 1: Approve assigning and authorizing Manager of the Company to balance capital source to pay dividend of 2015 the second time in cash with the dividend rate of 5% (shareholders will receive VND 500 for 1 share they own).
Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signature. All related departments and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this resolution.
