Nam Viet Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Minh Canh as a member of the BODs.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Trong Huu and Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Mai as members of the Supervisory Board.

-       Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Y, Ms. Doan Hai Phuong, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc as members of the BODs.

-       Approving the appointment of Ms.Nguyen Kim Ngoc and Mr. Doan Huu Duc as members of the Supervisory Board.
