On May 15, 2019, the Board resolution of Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company approved to pay remaining cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

- Record date: May 31, 2019

- Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (600 dongs/share)

- Payment date: July 02, 2019.
