          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders received VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company on working days from 14/06/2019. Identification Card (original copy) is required.
