On April 26, 2019, the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was organized. However, the number of shareholders representing is less than 65% of the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second annual general meeting and announce meeting date and venue as follows:

-       Meeting venue: White Palace, 194 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan, Hochiminh.
