According to the decision dated April 05, 2019, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved to issue shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

-       Stock name: Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of outstanding shares: 29,999,962 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 14,999,981 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND149,999,810,000

-       Exercise ratio: 50% (2:1) (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and every 02 rights will be entitled to receive 01 new share).

-       These shares will not be restricted transfer.

-       Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company.

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2019.
