According to the Board resolution dated July 02, 2018, the Board of Directors of Saigon Securities Incorporation approved to repurchase shares from the ex-employees as follows:

-       Number of treasury shares before trading: 279,938 shares

-       Number of shares to be repurchased: 16,742 shares

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

-       Trading period: from the State Securities Commission receives sufficient documents to the Vietnam Securities Depository finishes procedures for the ownership transfer. 

-       Trading method: not via the exchange floor

-       Buying price: equal to the issue price of VND37,720/share

-       Agent: SSI Securities Corporation
